    - This biography of NASAs star pilot, John Glen, is introduced by President Kennedy himself. There are many interviews from Glens hometown friends in New Concord, Ohio. Then the film shows how Glen made preparations for his historic space flight. There are scenes from aboard the Friendship Seven space capsule, and clips of Glens commentary from during the mission.
